Description: This is a big bang-style event for fictional villains, evil-doers, criminal masterminds, etc. from all over the fandom spectrum. Writers are responsible for a 15k fic, and artists are responsible for two pieces of art (fanmixes, digital/traditional artwork, podfics, videos, etc. are all accepted.)

The eligibility roast is essentially a stage of the event where interested potential participants can post a case on why their favourite character is a villain, and others are free to rebut or challenge it. The eligibility roast isn't a hard-and-fast guide to which villains can be written, but it's a way to brainstorm, get a list of definitely-eligible villains going, and eliminate any who definitely don't make the cut.
